We have a form of drones around for a long time they ride around in cars and pull you over when you break the law. They also have airplanes and helicopters that watch you they are called police, and they will use any and all tools at their disposal. It was going to happen even without the attacks of 9/11. How do I know, I was watched by one back in 1999, well before 9/11. So they can watch me all they want because I dont do anything wrong …… anymore.
